1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using As a List ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Generated Content (UGC)

Our App allows you to create, store, share, and make available lists, tasks, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or share any content that:

6. Content Moderation & Termination

We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit all User Content. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms, including posting prohibited content. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, you must submit your notice in writing to support@asalist.com.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall As a List be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any User Content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless As a List and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for resolution of any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by displaying a prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
